Privacy Notice

Your name, email and anything you add to your profile (photo, town, intro). If you run a business: your business details, services, address, phone, website and opening hours. When you refer someone: the lead's name, contact details and your notes. We also keep your referral history, ratings, messages, wallet activity and payout details, and — if you ask to cash out — your identity check (legal name, date of birth, country, the last four digits of your ID and the document you upload).

Your name, photo, town, intro, ratings and public activity are visible to other members. Lead details are shared only with the business or job poster you refer them to. Messages are visible to you and the person you're chatting with. Identity documents are stored privately and only you and a reviewer can open them, through links that expire after a few minutes. Bank payout details are stored with only the last four digits shown.

Only share another person's contact details when they have agreed to be referred. You are responsible for having their permission.

Account and referral records are kept while your account is open. Payment and tax records may be kept longer where the law requires it. Identity documents are deleted with your account.

We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as alerts. We don't use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.

In Settings you can edit or remove your details, download everything we hold about you as a file, turn alerts off, block people, and delete your account permanently. Deleting removes your profile, listings, referrals, messages and uploaded files.
