Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract. One account per person or business. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe.

A business publishes a fixed reward of up to $50 for a successful referral. When you send a lead, you confirm the contact details are accurate and that the person is genuinely interested. The business decides whether a lead is accepted and marks it completed. The reward is released to the referrer when the lead is marked completed.

Fake leads, self-referrals, duplicate submissions and leads shared without the person's knowledge are not allowed and may cost you your account and any balance.

LoopLocal keeps a 10% service fee on each reward paid through the platform. Balances are held in your in-app wallet. To cash out you need a verified identity and a saved payout account; the minimum cash out is $1. Cash out requests are reviewed before they are paid, and we may hold or decline a request while we investigate suspected abuse.

Ratings and replies must be honest and about a real referral. Do not post unlawful, abusive, misleading or private information about other people. You can block or report anyone, and we may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

If something goes wrong with a referral, raise an issue from the referral itself. We look at both sides and decide in good faith. LoopLocal is not a party to the work agreed between a business and a lead.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Deleting removes your profile, listings, referrals and messages, and any remaining balance is forfeited. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

We may update these terms. When the wording changes we will ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in. Questions? Email andrew@leanengineering.io.
